1. While hanging up the many, many coats that had been thrown on couches, tables, chairs, and the floor, I realized that the whole entire coat closet needs to be purged and sorted. So far I sorted through the coats and removed all of the tiny cute coats that will never be worn again by my growing boys. Now I need to find a box for the mountain of too-small-boy-clothes that is being forever added too. Now to go through all of the mittens, hats, boots, and shoes. i'm pretty sure I did all of this not that long ago, but every time I open the door I see something that will never fit anyone in this house ever again. On the bright side... We now have enough hangers for the coats that we actually do still use!

2. Decorating the Christmas tree. The tree is up and smelling lovely, but it is still naked. Hydrated now, but naked.
3. Make cookies. oh--(embarrassed laugh) I've already done that... "cookies" are a line jumper--so rude. sad, but true.
4. Figure out something for dinner.
5. Clean the house.
6. Babysit Ava tonight with the boys there and try not to freak out on all of them for not freaking listening to me.....
**~UPDATE~**
Finished #1
All of the tiny shoes are lined up nicely according to who they belong to. The hats, mittens, and scarves have been divided up according to owner as well. I now have an overflowing laundry basket full of shoes, coats, hats, mittens, and random crap that I need to box up and put into storage. yes, storage--in the event that I ever lose my mind and utter the words, "let's have another baby."
Closer... #5
I have cleaned some more. picked up, straightened, that kind of thing. Need to vacuum. badly.
Tried! #2
I brought up all of the tree decorations from the basement, and carefully strung the lights around the tree. plugged them in... ON! success! and... OFF. nooo! Inside of the plug there is a small compartment that you can slide open. inside there are two tiny fuses (yeah, i know stuff--get the shocked look off your face.). Only one fuse is actually used, the other is a spare. I checked inside--the fuse being used was black (aka 'blown'), and the spare fuse was gone. We used the spare last year. But, aha! We use two strings of lights! Yay! the second set has a spare!! Switch them out, plug it in... POP! Blew immediately. Some sparks even flew out of the outlet. So, i don't really know what the problem is now. Defective fuse???
