Get thyroid checked.

Start taking magnesium.  

I'll try the cheaper route first:  magnesium.   If that does not help, then I will pay my copay and my 20% of having my blood drawn.  (Refer to "cake and blood."  Not looking forward to going back to that MRSE breeding ground.)
